The firm was able to schedule us quickly due to our immediate needs. Office staff was excellent. Sent documents, and was scheduled the same day. Very easy process. McKinley Engineering was very positive and helpful when I called for an appointment. They followed up with texts so I never had any doubt about steps to follow and when Chris was on his way. That notification gave me plenty of time to get home to meet Chris. Chris was friendly yet professional. He gave me time to show him the problem. Then, he explained clearly what my repair will entail. The advice he gave me was well worth the cost of his consultation. My builder recommended McKinley to me, and now I will recommend McKinley to my friends and neighbors.

I had an excellent experience with McKinley Engineering. They were professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process of helping me resolve and close a permit issue with the City of Clearwater for my condo. Their inspection was thorough, and they prepared the necessary engineering documentation quickly and efficiently. Chris answered all my questions about my new home purchase. Everything from removing interior walls, to retaining walls installed by the previous owners in plain language for me to understand. On time, professional, and thorough. If ever needed again, this place will be my first go-to.

Chris and his team are professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Having had a car hit my home, pushing part of its foundation, I needed a true professional. My homeowners insurance didn't help and finding Chris was a true God sent. He came out the same week, did a thorough job of the project and quickly provided a detailed report within the week. Fully impressed, I requested to have him complete the rebuilding design drawings which were also done expediently. What a wonderful experience, honesty, integrity and helpful communication. Chris provided a prompt response, was professional and courteous, performed a comprehensive review of our concerns, and took the time to explain each step of his evaluation in detail to ensure we understood his findings and the various options. Chris gave us a qualified professional opinion in a very short time-frame, enabling us to make an informed decision on the value of the property and the extent of possible future concerns prior to submitting an offer. We would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to use his services again.

Mr. Mills was brought in to assess possible settlement issues with our personal property. We were uncertain with what we were seeing and required a structural engineer to research. Our largest concerns were qualifications and integrity. Mr. Mills was extremely thorough with his evaluation. He took the time to listen to our concerns and have a comprehensive consultation with us prior to beginning any work. Once he began his evaluation he educated us through the entire process and showed us what he was looking for and what he was seeing. At the end of the consultation it was determined that there were no issues with any settlement and reassured us that the foundation was structurally sound. I felt very confident with this assessment given the integrity and communication that was displayed during the consult. I would highly recommend his services as someone who operates with a high level of integrity.
