Drywall and Stucco Cracks

We have many clients that are concerned with cracks they notice inside and outside of their home. This client had us come out to inspect several things they had going on. This crack is located on a garage wall, due to thermal expansion and contraction of different building materials. The homeowner was selling this house and MEC was able to provide them with a sealed letter by one of our professional engineers, stating that the house was structurally sound. This supplied them with a great tool to show a prospective buyer that these cracks did not affect the safety of the house.
