I needed an engineer to attest to the structural integrity of a house in order to qualify for an FHA refinance. Didn’t even know where to find someone to do this - just started going through a google search and couldn’t get companies to even respond. Finally came upon McKinley. Jamie listened carefully to what I needed and responded the same day with an appointment for the following week. Inspection and letter were completed within a couple of days.
