Shower Pan Failure

We receive a great deal of calls to determine the cause and duration of water intrusion. For this project, the home owner noticed damage on the baseboards of the common wall to their master shower. We sent out a licensed engineer to do an inspection and to test for leaks, which reveled that the shower pan was faulty and therefore was leaking.
